The level of noise around us is constantly increasing, and is affecting the quality of our lives. What causes the noise? What should be done about it?

王老师：产生噪音的原因非常多，最普遍的可能是汽车产生的噪音。车辆越来越多，制造出大量的噪音。除了车辆，道路施工也是产生噪音的一个重要原因。此外，生活中的噪音似乎无处不在。比如露天的市场、路边摊、户外酒吧，以及人们聚会放音乐等等。控制噪音需要政府出台一些制度和规定，对不同地方的噪音水平进行限定，加上一些惩罚措施。此外，还可以通过减少开车、安装降噪材料等多种方式控制噪音。
